General

After submitting the form, we will contact you to confirm dates and details, and collect the deposit.

Pricing includes delivery within 20 miles of Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Other locations may be booked with an additional delivery surcharge. Please contact us for details.

No animals, smoking, or fire allowed in or near the event. Smoke smell will result in a substantial cleaning charge.

Payment and Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your event. 

Full payment is due one month prior to the event. At this time your $100 deposit becomes your refundable cleaning / damage deposit. If your event is less than one month away full payment will be due immediately. 

Failure to pay the balance one month prior to the event will forfeit the deposit and reservation.

After the event if there is no new damage to Pleasant Event’s items the $100 deposit will be fully refunded.

Any damaged or missing items not covered by the deposit will be charged to the client at the end of the event.

Wind gusts can damage the umbrellas and other items. Clients should be mindful of lowering umbrellas and securing décor if it gets too windy.

Pleasant Events Responsibilities

Pleasant Events will deliver, set up, and decorate your tent and/or tables as agreed upon by your selected package on the specified date and time. Pleasant Events will return to remove all items by the agreed upon time.

Pleasant Events accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or theft of any property that is left in our bell tents for the duration of the contract.

Pleasant Events accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury to any property, member of your party, or person(s) present at your event that may occur during the duration of the contract.

Required Area

The client must provide a flat grassy area for the event. If the event is to be held at a park or other public or private space client must provide any necessary permits and/or payments.

Client must ensure that sprinklers have been off for 24 hours before event so that the grass is dry. Please see that any pet mess has been cleaned up prior to event.

26’ diameter circle of flat grass is required for the tent.

Eight-person tables measure 7’ x 3’ and require 11’ x 7’ of area with the cushions for one table, or 18’ x 7’ for two tables end to end. Four-person tables measure 4’ x 3’ and require 8’x7’ of area each.

Pleasant Events will not refund any event where adequate space is not provided.

Cancellation

In the case of inclement weather, which prevents Pleasant Events from setting up the event, Pleasant Events and the client will either reschedule the event for a mutually agreeable time and place within the next 60 days, or refund the payment minus the $100 deposit.

If the client wishes to cancel after full payment has been received by Pleasant Events, client forfeits the $100 deposit.

Although unlikely, Pleasant Events reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time. In this case a full refund will be issued. Pleasant Events will not be held liable for other costs.
